It depends on each person's situation. The minimum time I recommend between massages is 1 week (with exceptions depending on the case) and from there, it can be extended for as long as we deem appropriate according to your nee
5. Does the massage voucher or gift card expire?
No, under no circumstances. The services are considered paid for and you can enjoy them whenever you want.
6. Can I share the massage voucher with someone else?
Yes, there is also the option to extend the voucher to 6 massages if you come with another person (partner, family member, friend...) so that the sessions are equal for both of you (3 for each of you).
7. What is the difference between face-to-face and online nutrition consultations?
In the face-to-face consultations we will have the possibility to perform body composition analysis, that is to say, to determine, in addition to your weight, your fat mass, muscle mass, body measurements, etc. This is interesting when it comes to monitoring your progress, even more so than just your weight. Otherwise, both options are the same.
8. Can I eat anything on the diets?

9. Do you send supplementation in the diet plans?
