Each session is focused on you:

  • I conduct an initial assessment to understand your situation.

  • We design a personalised treatment plan.

  • We apply manual techniques, therapeutic exercise and therapeutic education so that you know everything about your situation

  • The aim is not only to alleviate the symptom but to treat the cause.

Manual therapy used to stimulate the lymphatic vessels and lymph nodes, helping to eliminate excess fluid, toxins and metabolic waste accumulated in the tissues. This therapy aids in the reduction of fluid retention, improvement of blood and lymphatic circulation, reduction of swelling and oedema, and general relaxation of the body. It is applied in various conditions, such as oedema, circulatory disorders, fibromyalgia, pregnant women (from the 3rd month) and as part of post-operative cosmetic surgery treatments to accelerate recovery, among others.

Full Body Relaxing Massage (80 min)

Full body relaxing massage session (feet, legs, back, arms, abdomen, neck and facial) aimed exclusively at your total physical and mental relaxation.

Anti-constipation Abdominal Massage (20 min)

Pressotherapy is a compression therapy that activates blood and lymphatic circulation, helping reduce fluid retention, swelling and leg heaviness. Ideal for those with water retention, tired legs, athletes, or anyone wanting to recover faster and feel lighter.

You can book:

  • 20 Minutes Pressotherapy Single Session

  • 20 Minutes Pressotherapy + 30 Min Massage or Manual Lymphatic Drainage session

    • Combining both treatments allows a deeper and more complete approach, where pressotherapy acts in a general way, and the massage focuses on specific or more conflictive areas, with greater tension, fluid retention and localised discomfort.
