Frequently asked questions
1. Do you speak English?
Yes!
2. Can I pay by card?
You can pay in cash, by card, Bizum, Revolut, PayPal, bank transfer or through the Fresha booking app.
3. Can I make an appointment for today?
No. I work by appointment only, to ensure good organisation and the best possible quality in the sessions. Therefore, appointments must be made at least one day in advance.
If there is availability, I may be able to squeeze you in outside of normal hours for an emergency (with an additional supplement).
However, it is best not to leave it until the last minute or when you can't take it anymore. The sooner we act, the better the result will be.
4. Do you offer erotic massages/massages with a "happy ending", etc.?
NO. I do not offer any services of a sexual nature. Asking for this type of service will result in you being banned from booking an appointment, and any suggestion of performing a sexual act before or during the session will result in immediate expulsion with the possibility of legal action. This is not what you are looking for.
5. Can I call you on the phone?
In order not to interrupt work sessions, I am not always able to answer phone calls. I would appreciate it if you could contact me via WhatsApp or social media. That way I can respond calmly and ensure you receive quality care.
7. Can I choose where I want you to treat me?
Yes! You can choose the location that is most convenient for you from the three where you can find me. Just keep in mind that availability of days and times may vary between centres. Send me a message and we can discuss the place and time that suits you best.
8. How many physiotherapy sessions will I need?
The number of sessions depends on your individual progress. Each person starts from a different point and responds to treatment at their own pace. It is not a question of 'x sessions', but of achieving the objectives: reducing pain and inflammation, improving mobility, regaining strength and function...
We will work together, setting clear goals so that you understand each step of the process and know when it is a good time to space out or end the treatment.
I will not make you come more times than necessary. You have total flexibility: you can choose individual sessions, vouchers, rehabilitation plans or decide as you go along according to your progress and your budget.
8. Do the session vouchers or gift cards expire?
No, under no circumstances. The services are considered paid for and you can enjoy them whenever you want.
9. Can I share the session voucher with someone else?
Yes, if it is a voucher for massage sessions. There is also the option of extending the voucher to 6 massages if you come with another person (partner, family member, friend...) so that the sessions are equal for both of you (3 for each).
10. I am going to arrive later than my appointment time. Will I still get the full duration of the session?
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Therefore, a 10-minute delay is allowed without affecting the duration of your session. However, if the delay is longer, the session must end at the scheduled time so as not to affect the following patients. To ensure the full treatment time, it is recommended that you arrive on time.
11. Do I need a medical prescription to attend physiotherapy?
No, you do not need a medical prescription to begin physiotherapy treatment. You can come directly if you have discomfort, pain, or wish to treat injuries or surgical operations. However, if you have a previous diagnosis, it may be useful to better personalise your treatment.
12. Will I be able to eat everything on the diet? Will I go hungry?
No food is prohibited. I will teach you how to enjoy food in a healthy way without feeling guilty. Our approach is realistic and sustainable. We work with a personalised eating plan that is tailored to you, without unnecessary prohibitions or extreme diets.
13. Is the nutrition service only for weight loss?
No. We also work on goals such as increasing muscle mass, nutrition for pain (improving low-grade inflammation, gut microbiota, etc.), improving athletic performance, disease management (diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, etc.), nutrition during pregnancy/breastfeeding, and general nutrition education.
14. Do you prescribe supplements in your diet plans?
No, you will not be required to purchase or consume any supplements, shakes, sachets or anything of the sort. Recommendations may be made on a case-by-case basis, but this will not generally be the case.
