Therapeutic and Wellness Massage
In my practice, massages are not just a moment of relaxation: they are a therapeutic tool to care for your body and mind. Each session is designed for you, listening to what you need at that moment and adapting the technique to achieve the best result.
I offer my services in San Pedro del Pinatar (Lo Pagán), Pilar de la Horadada and Torrevieja.

or
80-minute Full Body Relaxing Massage (full body relaxing massage; feet, legs, back, arms, abdomen, neck and face).
In addition, at the end of the latter, I will offer you a coffee, tea or water and a small chocolate to help you recover and return calmly.
Deep Tissue and Sport Massage
50 Minutes deep tissue massage, intense yet relaxing, to release tension, fascia and muscle adhesions, and relieve specific muscle pain.
A moment to get rid of all the tension caused by everyday stress, sports, occasional overexertion...

Manual Lymphatic Drainage
A gentle, rhythmic massage that stimulates the lymphatic system to promote the elimination of fluids, toxins and waste from the body.
Its benefits include reducing inflammation and fluid retention, improving circulation, relieving feelings of heaviness and speeding up recovery processes after surgery or injury.
It is particularly recommended for people with lymphedema, fluid retention, tired legs, post-operative conditions, pregnancy, or simply those seeking to improve their general well-being and skin health.
Find out more about this in the Lymphedema and Lipedema section.
Anti-Constipation Abdominal Massage
15 minutes intensive massage of the abdominal area that provides almost instant relief from constipation and abdominal bloating.
Combined with dietary guidelines and exercise, we improve the symptoms of constipation so you no longer feel heavy.
Facial and Jaw Massage
A 50-minute session focused on releasing tension accumulated in the face, jaw, intraoral area and neck areas closely related to stress, bruxism and cervical overload.
Through gentle and specific manual work, the aim is to relax the facial and jaw muscles, improve symptoms of bruxism, relieve tension and promote a deep state of calm and well-being.
This massage is recommended for people who experience jaw tension, bruxism, neck stiffness, facial tension or simply need to release an area that tends to accumulate a lot of stress on a daily basis.
RESET BODY FLOW
Assisted mobility and stretching session
Reset Body Flow is an individual body experience designed to release tension, gain space and reconnect with the body from a place of calm.
During the session, you don't have to do anything: through gentle movements, passive mobility, assisted stretching and conscious breathing, the body naturally and effortlessly releases tension.
Inspired by bodywork and guided stretching techniques such as Thai massage, FNP and specific and global mobility, this experience invites you to stop, breathe and let yourself go, promoting a feeling of lightness, fluidity and overall well-being.
It is not a traditional massage or an exercise session.
It is a space to move effortlessly and inhabit your body in a more conscious way.
Duration: 80 minutes

Pressotherapy
Pressotherapy is a complementary technique that uses pneumatic compression to promote venous and lymphatic return. It can help relieve feelings of heaviness, improve recovery and reduce overload in certain situations.
In consultation, it is used to support massage, movement or other treatments, always adapted to each case and with professional judgement.
It is particularly recommended for:
Tired legs or feelings of heaviness
Muscle overload
Recovery after exercise
Fluid retention, lymphoedema and lipoedema
As a complement to massage or active treatment
It can be performed in:
A single 30-minute session
Packages of 5 or 10 sessions
30-minute session added to a 50-minute massage or manual lymphatic drainage session
When pressotherapy is combined with massage or manual lymphatic drainage, it can provide extra support for the sports recovery process, a feeling of lightness and the treatment of fluid and lymph retention.

Massage as part of the process
Massage has been part of my professional journey since the beginning. For years it has been one of my main working tools, and it continues (and will continue) to play an important role in the way I support people.
In many cases, massage is a very good option: for specific pains, overexertion, accumulated tension, relaxation, self-care and well-being, or as a first step to modulate pain and prepare the body for more active work afterwards.
In other more complex or long-term processes, such as persistent pain, massage alone is not usually sufficient; it works more as a temporary fix but does not solve the root cause or origin of the problem. In these cases, it works best as a support within a broader approach that includes movement and active treatment.
For this reason, massage in my practice is not presented as a one-size-fits-all solution, but as one more tool within a comprehensive approach.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is massage just for relaxation?
Not only. It can help relieve tension, improve bodily sensations and support recovery processes, as well as promoting relaxation.
Can massage be part of physiotherapy treatment?
Yes. In many cases, it is integrated as another tool in the process, depending on what the body needs at that moment.
Is massage useful if I have had pain for a long time?
It can help relieve and modulate pain, although in more complex processes it usually works better when combined with a more active approach.
Can I come just for a one-off massage?
Yes. There are times when taking care of yourself, releasing tension and stopping is just what you need.
Are there vouchers or gift cards?
Yes. There are voucher and gift card options for massage sessions.
